Testimonials
From the first contact we had with our Stone Cliff Acres sales agent Ivan, we felt totally at ease and no pressure to make a purchase. One of our main attractions to Stone Cliff Acres was the opportunity to make an investment in a future retirement home or vacation home without any pressure to build in a predetermined timeframe. We love the views of the Cumberland Plateau from the property and feel the location is the perfect mix of country living with easy access to shopping and restaurants.Kevin Weech

I purchased a beautiful wooded lot in Phase 5 from Big South Fork Land Sales, LLC. in the summer of 2008. It was a professional and yet friendly experience from beginning to end. I met with the office staff who worked with their Tennessee Site Manager Mr.Richman to choose a lot for me to view, with the idea of purchasing it for another. My trip to Tennessee is where I met Mr. Richman it felt like meeting old friends. The entire process was friendly, professional, and very ethical. Big South Fork Land Sales, LLC., is a good company. A great investment in a beautiful area among friendly people!

When I first spoke with Jeff from Stone Cliff Acres I was skeptical, he made it sound to good to be true. I traveled and toured the community and found it to be all that he said and more. I purchased 3 home sites and I am now building a home. Thank you for making my Tennessee dream come true.

Hello Folks,
I am pleased to announce that I have joined the privileged group of landowners in The Big South Fork development with the purchase of two adjoining Bluff View lots (128 & 129). When I came out to see them, I was very pleased with the reception given to me by Mike Sumner and the time he spent with me that entire day. When I saw the lots, they were every bid as good as they had been presented to me and after I left, the next day I spent cruising around some of Tennessee's most beautiful countryside. There are many land deals out there, some spectacular, however, when it got down to it, I realized that I had a very fair deal and my lots are almost completely buildable. By that I mean, if you are contemplating purchasing, say 10 acres, how much is not on a 20 or 30 degree slope? This, although may seem majestic at the time, however, when you try to build your dream house, you will realize most of those slopey landscapes are useless other than the vistas they create. In short, I got a lot of bang for my bucks and also, 100% financing is hard to find out there on land deals without copious credit checks, large down payments, etc. I look forward to meeting many of you after construction is complete on MY dream home in the future. Best to all and happy holidays!!
