About Stone Cliff Acres

Stone Cliff Acres was opened in November 2006. The community has 410 home sites ranging in sizes from ¾ acre to 35 acres. The community is nestled on the Cumberland Plateau 1800 feet above sea level. All home sites have city water, roads, electric & telephone. The clubhouse is complete and available to all Stone Cliff Acres members. There is no timeframe on building and choose your own builder if and when you do build.

The community is located 6 miles from the center of Jamestown, where you have a mix of small town southern charm along with all the amenities from medical, shopping and entertainment. Just a short drive to Crossville & Cookeville where you can enjoy all of the modern conveniences of the city. Crossville also known as the golf capital of Tennessee has everything from the renowned Cumberland Playhouse to fine dinning.

If the outdoors are for you, then we have The Big South Fork National Park and Recreational area 15 minutes to our east and Dale Hollow Lake 20 minutes to our west, and lets not to forget all of the natural streams, lakes and nature right outside your front door.
